 At Dr. Papneja and Associates whether you are a client here for a regular visit or a New patient with lot’s of questions, our winning team will provide special patient care with a smile, a warm manner and a positive attitude.(click on thumbnail to view large photo) LEADERSHIP TEAM: At Dr. Terry Papneja and Associates we believe that every person is their own supervisor. Each person is fully trained and given job expectations in which they can evaluate and assess how they are doing. The Leadership Team is a Team of co-ordinator’s put in place to help support and guide all the staff in the office, in their daily roles. The Leaders within the Leadership team meet with each team member on a monthly basis to touch base and assess that their needs are being met. Leadership Mission Statement: In supporting the mission, value and vision of our office, our purpose is to strive to maintain high competence and high commitment levels in all team members. We will attain to provide a positive working environment, through supporting, guiding and inspiring personal and team growth. Being available, approachable and a model will allow us to build trusting relationships. DENTAL HYGIENISTS: Our Dental Hygiene team is your partner in oral health and with your help we will meet each patients individual needs. We have many different dental hygienists to choose from all with different personalities but with the same goal in mind, to serve you to the best of their ability. From introducing you to our dental office and your oral health, to treating your individual needs and creating a treatment plan to help you get back to optimum oral health; we want to be their every step of the way. We not only provide cleanings and periodontal scaling but also consultations for almost every cosmetic and major service we offer. Please do not hesitate to ask us about new and upcoming products available to keep you on the right track to a healthy, happy, smile. DENTAL ASSISTANTS: When you arrive at our office to see the dentist for a procedure, you are brought into your treatment room by one of our competent Dental Assistant support team member’s. They will help you to feel more relaxed and confident about the work that will be done. Their role in the office is to be the Dentist’s “other right hand”. They assist by supplying the Dentists with all materials needed to help improve your oral health. The Dental Assistants are always happy to help with any questions that you may have regarding the upcoming procedure both before and after the appointment. Some of the things the Dental Assitants do are take x-rays, sterilize instruments, set up for procedures, give oral hygiene instruction and work with sales reps to introduce new, modern and upcoming quality products to our office. When they see you, they will welcome you with smiling faces! TREATMENT CO-ORDINATOR: In our office we are very lucky to have a talented treatment co-ordinator that can help you understand your treatment from start to finish. After your exam by the dentist, our staff will send out the necessary estimates required by the insurance company to complete your treatment without any surprises to your pocket book. Once the Insurance Co. returns the estimate to you and you give us a copy, we will then be able to review with you the specific financial responsibilities of both the Insurance Co. and you. Your appointment’s can then be set up according to your scheduling needs and financial arrangements can be discussed and arranged if necessary. ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT: Our financial team is always striving to do their best to keep you up to date and well informed. Please do not hesitate to call Laura or Debbie if you should have any questions regarding your account both past or present. FRONT DESK: Our friendly front desk team is always eager to help you out with any situation. Whether you phone in or drop by our office, there will always be a smiling face to assist you. Our hostess area is designed to relax you upon arrival and to assist you with no waiting. The front desk girls are a personable group of people that understand that different people have different needs and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The knowledgeable front desk team can help you with insurance questions and different treatments offered in our practice. The front desk administrators will always take care of you by scheduling you in for your needed treatment, regular cleaning appointments and providing you with reminder calls. Our goal is to go above and beyond to help our patients and to make you feel right at home. |

George felt the best way to display some of his artwork was by placing a piece of art from each of the 10 provinces and 2 territories in each room; allowing the beauty of our Country to be displayed within our office.Widely published and likely Canada's most travelled photographer, George Hunter has spent six decades creating dramatic images across Canada and in well over one hundred countries.
